Does it work with the iPhone? Because it doesn't work with my iPhone 3gs. And the store I bought it with would not return my money. :-(
What a deceiving product! On the outside of the box it says "works with iPods and iPhones! But then it doesn't work with my iPhone! Darn them!

Have you tried it on other iPhones or iPods? You can always resell it and get your money back

Are you not allowed to test it before you bought it? Sorry to tell you, may mali ka rin sa nangyari, hopefully sana gumana yan sa other iPod, gumana ung Lego speaker sa iPod mini ng friend ko..

It might be defective? Try exchanging for a different unit.

I have this product. It worked with my ipod video but not with my ipod touch. its not the device, its really just the compatibility of the speakers to the software. just get refunded or exchange it with another speaker that isnt lego

No. Just because they have the same type "dock/plug" does not equate to compatability.
One very clear device(s) is that of iPad accesories not being backwards compatible.
