4. Comes with iOS 4.1
5. Your Facetime 'number' will be your preferred email address that will get linked to your Apple ID
6. This will be a hit (communication - facetime/skype/vonage device) in environments (school, offices) with WiFi

I would have posted mine but I just went to the Apple store for a few minutes to take a look at the new models. Don't think I'd be able to give a better feedback than those who already have it.
