    Default iPhone syncing

Hi, I have an iPhone 4 and I usually let the batteries drain before I recharge. I just want to know if I can prevent the iPhone from charging whenever I sync to iTunes. Is there a setting I need to adjust? Or a special USB cable? Thanks

I usually drain my battery once a month for calibration.

But I charge it anytime, even if the battery has 50%, 90% or 20% power left. It won't harm it.

Draining the battery before charging is a previous technology.

Today's iPhone battery (and in many other devices) does not require that you drain it first before charging.

given this, is it bad to leave the IP4 synched with my Mac overnight? i mean, is there a risk of overcharging it?

nope. there is no "overcharging" any more.

Icocontrol ng iphone ung flow of charge pag puno na ung battery, sustaining the full charge state.

awesome! i've always been on the lookout for the full batt sign so that whenever it appears, i immediately unplug my IP4 to avoid overcharging it. at least now i won't have to bother myself with that especially at times when i leave it plugged in while my Mac's on standby. gracias for the heads up chetiboy!
