iphone 4 touch screen slow response time

i noticed that the touch screen response time in my iphone 4 is slower compared to ipod touch. firmware is 4.1 with Invisible Shield screen protector. i havent used half of the memory.

Have you tried playing NinJump? in my ipod touch, the ninja seems to jump flawlessly whenever you tap the screen. BUT in my iphone 4, it seems like its a struggle when you tap simultaneously. I thought the game was made that way until i played it in ipod touch.

I checked other apps as well like photos, when you double tap, its not as fast or as smooth as the ipod touch.

I am not sure if the Invisible shield affects the touch screen performance or if i need a restore. Let me know if you experience this as well.

Try removing your invisible shield. it has lifetime warranty naman. Kapag walang nagbago better calling the store where you bought it.

that's right dude, it's because of the invisible shield, it's too thick that it affects the performance of the touch screen.

Mine is iPod Touch with Gmask on it.. it has delay. (I compared it on my Gf's Touch that has no protector yet)

i see. i will try it with my sister's iphone 4 if it has delay too. she is using invisible shield also. will update you guys if i see any difference. thanks!

Aw! Thats too bad. What would be a nice alternative to protective iPhone 4's screen without suffering from the lag?

based on experience we don't need protective shield for screen because it is scratch proof already. but it is just an opinion.

Its scratch resistant not scratch proof..

try the Capdase matte screen protector amigo. i just had mine installed and i haven't noticed any delays.
