I bought my 3gs at the apple online store in hk using my philippine credit card. You can also buy in apple store US. Just input a hk or US address in your billing address when checking out. It doesn't matter if it's really your billing address.

According to a friend who just went around Hong Kong today, iPhone 4's are readily available at Wan Chai Computer Center. Price is 9000 HKD for an AT&T unit and 16000 HKD for a UK unit.

factory unlocked din ba ang binebenta sa Macau? Sa Macau ako punta this Sept e mukhang walang extra budget at oras para dumaan pa sa HK.

Yup. Macau offers unlocked iPhones based from previous iPhone models.

according to apple, iphone 4 will arrive in HK on july 30th.(i assume its factory unlocked)
