Better go to Globe Business Center to inquire. From my experience, detailed discussion over the phone regarding billing details isn't really helpful. It is so much easier to show your printed bill to a CSR in Globe's Business Center. More often than not a lot is lost in translation when discussing details over the phone.Originally Posted by benno

I agree kaya nga gulong gulo ako. Last call ko ang sabi ng rep nila na ang One-Time Charge daw ay charges on top of your consumables like roaming charges or internet charges. Pero bayad na through CC yung amount ng iPhone, so bat meron ulit??? ang gulo!

Globe's billing is really fcuked up. I have the same issue, and since October 2010, I have been making numerous complaints, and since then every 15th of the month, I have to come down to a business center and have my phone "un"-redirected because of unpaid dues.Irritating ain't it?
And according to the CSR, they can't do anything since its system controlled and they can't overwrite it, what they can do to ease it up for me was for them to put a "note" on my account to have it un-redirected once its redirected; that way I can just call the hotline and have them refer to that note. Hay ...told them to fixed this otherwise ... this is very very inconvenient.

Got to talk to a Globe CSR last night. She claims that the P10,660 cash out I paid for my iPhone 4 in October was actually credited to my outstanding balance of P13,000 and NOT to the payment of the iPhone.
And if I can also share, the P13,000 is really made up of GPRS charges EVEN when I'm on Super Surf. So of course there was no way in hell I was going to pay for that amount. As it turns out, the payment of the iPhone 4 went to that. And now they're making it look like I haven't paid for my iPhone yet.

wow, ang galing nila mag palusot ah. payment was for the phone, if you didn't pay for the phone, why the hell would they give it to you in the first place? your receipt should show that you paid for the phone, mine does. did they tell you or did you know you had an ob of p13k when you got the phone?
also, why are they asking you to pay for the data charges when you're on super surf? ano naman ung sagot nila don? eh ung supersurf dapat naka indicate sa bill ung period covered. if it's in your regular plan, then it should be the same period covered ng bill mo.
i thought kaya ka na 10.6k one time charge is to counter the 10.6k consumable na napasok sa balance mo. it's not a solution, but a quick fix.

I tried calling them again last night and it seems that their system is now up. I found out that the payment for your iPhone will show as consumable on your next billing statement, then eventually once the payment has been confirmed, they will charge it as "one-time payment". It was NEVER a part of your consumable.
It was confusing for me because last December, I accidentally paid 10k to globe online then globe adding the iPhone payment as consumable makes it more confusing to me. I was so happy because based on my computation, I don't need to pay anything till August because I have tons of balance then all of a sudden, I have to pay something!!??! I was going crazy! I was like... WT ef happened??? lol
Anyway, I hope this thread help others to. Thanks for all the help.
