caller ID picture difference

hi fellow philmuggers, I just have a question about caller ID in our iPhone. How come some contacts picture are just showing as thumbnail beside the name and some are showing in full screen while in a call? attached is a screenshot for better understanding. Is there a way that we can set it up to just all thumbnail instead of full screen?

I personally like caller IDs made in Address Book.

wow! thanks for the quick reply. I also like the photos not showing in full screen so I guess I have to tinker with my address book and fix these photos. hehe!

Address Book pics that are the same pixel dimension as a picture taken by an iPhone 4 will be shown full screen.
