Mac Pro, where to buy?

I was planning on getting my first desktop in years this December and to "celebrate" this return (and for the studio I'll start), I wanted to get the baseline Mac Pro. I was initially going to get it from Liteware/Tynn because their supplier had 1 stock ready. I was ready to pay today but unfortunately that single stock was sold just yesterday.

I'm aware that most stores only offer it as BTO and it would take 2-4 weeks but I really wanted to get it this December. I can order through the Apple online store but the problem is the payment method.

Do you guys know where to get a Mac Pro "off the shelves"?

If I can't get it this December, I might be tempted to get an i5 or i7 iMac!

Try iStudio, they have stocks I think. I saw one but this is the Nehalem version.

top of the line iMac is better than the baseline Mac Pro, get it from Charlie

@cybersniper: I'm currently in Mindanao but I asked a friend to visit PMC Megamall later to check. Hopefully meron.

@ijingo: Which branch? I called up the V-Mall branch and it's BTO with ETA of 2-4 weeks.

@nouvomx: The reason why I want the Mac Pro even if it's just the baseline model is I need the expandability. We'll do serious photography and video work kasi. And it'll be used in a business so in terms of reliability, the Mac Pro is a better option. The iMac kasi, once there's a problem with just the screen, the whole unit needs to be serviced. With the Mac Pro, it's easier to remedy problems.

I think most, if not all, local sellers talaga don't stock them. PMC's the last. I wonder though if they sell their demo units. Hahahaha.
