iMac 21.5-inch, Mid 2011 automatically shuts down when tethered with iPhone 4S

Hello. Ever since I terminated my bayanDSL last week and started tethering my iMac on iPhone 4S via WIFI, it automatically notifies me to restart after several minutes of surfing the browser. What seems to be the cause? Help.

Is your iOS and your iMac OS up to date? If not, it might be the cause of the problem. You should update them every now and then. HTH!

Well,the disadvantage (for me) with connecting via the USB is you get to charge the iphone even if the battery is at 98%. I surf pa naman for hours til I get stuporous.
