Parallels 6 $29 upgrade promo

So last time I used Parallels was version 3 and I still have the installation disc. I received an email this morning from Nova Development that Parallels 6 upgrade for registered users is only $29 for 48 hours. I first checked support if its possible to avail of the upgrade for Parallels 3 and confirmed that its possible as long as the previous version was registered. So I availed of the promo and downloaded the upgrade dmg. But since its been a while since I used Parallels, the installer said I should download the full dmg so I did.

Also, the generated code from Nova Development is for Parallels 4 and up upgrade to 6. To be able to upgrade from 3, you will need to open a ticket from Parallels requesting to change the serial code for version 6. It just took an hour to do so and was able to upgrade my old Parallels 3 to a regular version code for Parallels 6. Not bad for $29
