Importing Contact Details In Excel to Addressbook

hi...does anyone know of a program or a script that can import contact details thats stored in an excel file (name, lastname, cell number, email) so that it can be transferred to apple addressbook? im importing over 100 contact details and doing it one by one is quite cumbersome. hope someone can help me on this =)
