About LinkBacksi can't seem to use my "mail" application. it keeps hanging. it opens, when i try to compose or even reply back to any of my emails it hangs!
what can i do?

•Make sure you have the latest update.
•Delete mail preferences in your users folder>library>delete com.apple.mailplist.
•Let us know what happens.

there is no com.apple.mailplist in the stated folder

did you disable some of your fonts in font book? had this problem before when i resolved font duplicates. you may want to give it a try.

Hi m0nd!
I think what peter_ob meant was UsersFolder/Library/Preferences/com.apple.mail.plist
Try deleting that file while Mail is not running. Then after it's deleted, relaunch Mail and see if the problem still persists.

it still is busted! oh hehe to add, i lost all my email also! what happened?
