Bootcamp windows 7 starter

Hi,

Has anyone tried installing windows 7 starter (Win7 Starter OEM) being sold in PCX or other PC shops. on bootcamp for snow leopard? Is it compatible? because on apple website its not in the list but im hoping that win7 starter is compatible because i dont need the other features of windows 7 higher editions. I'll be using it only for games.

Mmm...from the FAQs for Bootcamp 4.0, it is clear that you need, at the very least, the Home Premium edition for it to work. There is no work-around solution. For 3.0, minimum is the Home edition. Besides, the starter edition is meant for netbooks, which hardly qualifies as a gaming machine.
