Anyway to control iSync with phone to just sync contacts with phone entries

I have a relatively large database of contacts, but not all of them I would want in my phone, especially those who don't have mobile phone numbers. Anyway I can filter what gets synced?

Just Add a New Group in your addressbook and simply drag those contacts you only want. After that in iSync click your phone icon and under Contacts select the new group you made. This will sync not all of your contacts but only the selected group.
