Yahoo site won't open.

For some reason, for the longest time, I have been unable to open yahoo.com into my browser and have it come up. I am using iMac OSX latest Software.

I have tried every browser (Safari,Firefox,Opera and Camino) I can think of but I still can't fix this problem. Here's what i got from Safari

Safari can’t open the page “http://www.yahoo.com/” because the server where this page is located isn’t responding.

I also tried it n my Windows Vista Laptop (Internet Explorer 8) but still no luck.

Pls. Help!

it may be an ISP related problem, restarting my router usually solves the random unable to open different pages..
