Glad to hear it!
You can only hotsync through Bluetooth but it's too slow. I remember that my first Bluetooth hotsync took almost an hour to finish. WiFi is best for PC's, but hopefully Mark/Space (the creators of The Missing Sync) will provide WiFi syncing support soon.
Pre-hotsync checklist:
1. Install Palm Desktop 4.21 for the Mac. It's available for free at PalmOne (but you would have to fill up a form so that the download link will be emailed to you). Restart.
2. Download and install the iSync Palm Conduit v1.2. It's also free at Apple. The conduit won't install if it can't find Palm Desktop so make sure you have it installed already.
3. Purchase and install The Missing Sync. It's available for $29.95 at Mark/Space. I used to know by heart which Clies need and do not need The Missing Sync. I need seamless iSync, iCal, iPhoto, and iTunes support that's why I opted to purchase The Missing Sync. The installation will close all active applications and will request for a restart.
Here are the steps for Bluetooth syncing:
On your Powerbook:
Go to System Preferences - Bluetooth.
Click Devices then click Pair New Device. Wait until your Powerbook finds your TH55 (your hotsync name should appear) then click the Pair button.
On your TH55:
Go to Hotsync.
Open the menu and choose Connection Setup. Tap New. Then...
Name: any
Connect to: PC
Via: Bluetooth
Device: choose your Powerbook (a message should appear about adding a trusted device, tap yes)
Tap Done.
We're back in the Hotsync window. Select Local then choose your Powerbook from the drop down list under the Hotsync icon.
Most of these are found in my blog and at our site at Cliesource. Happy syncing!

Re: Sharing Internet connection with a Palm Device
These days it's easy to connect to your PC and share Internet connection and you don't need to have additional software of your PC or Palm. All you need is a Bluetooth USB adapter. By the way, interesting trivia—Bluetooth is named after the Danish king, Harold Bluetooth Gormson and the Bluetooth logo are his initials!
