hi guys hope you can help me, i ben googling for hours and still cant find waht im looking for and then i realized that philmug can really help me alot. i recently ulocked my globe tattoo prepaid kit so now i can insert any sim(smart, Sun) to use as a ISP but the problem is i dont have the application for Huawei Modems, i tried using the one provided by the main smart site but its not huawei its ZTE so guys i would really aprreciate it if you can provide me a copy of your huawei smartbro prepaid kit application for mac. i would really appreciate it. thanks in advance guys i'll be waiting for your resonse..

When you insert the modem, does it show in Preferences>Networking? IF so, just use *99# in the tel.no field. Everything else should be default.

@chaxelos: Does the Tattoo connection software allow you to add/edit connections? The one included with Sun Broadband allows you to do this. All you need to do is add the APN data (which you can look up on Google) for the ISP you'll be using.

Hi guys, I don't know if this is the right place to post this. Im having issues with Smart Bro prepaid. I get strong signals, it goes between WCDMA and HSDPA however, when I connect, I get a very frustrating 0 download and upload speed. I tried reinstalling it but then it keeps doing the same, I still have around 160+ load and yet it does nothing. I was wondering if any of you guys experience the same and what can I do to solve this. Please help. Thanks.
