HELP! I can't connect to the Internet with my Time Capsule all of a sudden.

It was working fine for almost a year. Then last night, my Time Capsule disconnected from the internet and I can no longer reconnect with it.

It shows "Negotiating PPPoE" beside the AirPort icon

When I open AirPort utility, it shows that I have a problem with my PPPoE password. But I made sure that I have the correct account name and password of my connection. Still, it shows that I have the wrong password.

Sometimes the Time Capsule will show a green light then quickly turn into amber again. At the same time, it will show that i have a problem with my PPPoE server then quickly turn to PPPoE password problem. Weird.

I hope someone can help me with this.

that happened to my time capsule recently, brought it to Digital Hub where i bought it from.
after testing, they determined that the unit was for replacement, free since it was still under warranty. i got the replacement a week later.

I forgot to add that I also tried connecting with my Airport Express. It's not working also.

UPDATE: I asked for a new modem from PLDT. They replaced it but I still have the same problem. I'm looking at the possible problem areas. I'm thinking there's a problem with the connection between my routers and my modem -OR- my routers broke at the same time.

I'll do that arlo0611, I'll have my routers checked.

I've searched the internet for the solution to this problem. It seems that only a handful of AirPort users have this problem. Some say that the solution to this is to open my modem's webpage and change some settings. How do I do that?
