Re: help!
You need to give more information than that....
Just like putting in information in goggle not a lot of people can guess on what to do with so little information...
like where you able to access the internet before?
where are you trying to access the internet from???
what did you do before? if you had access to the internet before???
these are some of the essential information that one needs to have to make an educated guess, on how to solve your problem...

Re: help!
so, basically you are using a wireless conenction (if we are talking about your airport).
basic troubleshooting:
1. check for the settings of your modem or router
2. then check your computer, are you detecting the network?
about the wireless connection, how many in your area is connecting to the network?
at your service,

Re: help!
Try turning off your router and putting it on again after a few or 10 seconds maybe. I did have this problem, but it was my iPhone which can't get on the net and it worked. Maybe it will work on your macbook.

It's possible that your iPod Touch is stealing your MacBook's IP address.
Click the Wi-Fi icon > Open Network Preferences > Advanced > TCP/IP > then replace the IPv4 Address value.
