Best ISP for EW Libis

I'm not sure where to post this but here goes.

I'll be moving to EW next month for work and my future room mate and I were discussing the possibility of getting an internet subscription. What would you recommend for the Eastwood, Libis area? Preferably one that doesn't have a long contract (more than 1 year).

Being both new to the place, we're not familiar with each ISP available in EW. DSL or cable will do, we're not sure about SmartBro Shareit or Sun Wireless Broadband since its hard to get a signal in our room? We wouldn't want to end up paying for a bad connection. Thank you in advance! XD
