suggestion for a tough case for 3rd gen ipad

hi muggers,

i recently bought a 3rd gen ipad for the missus. i love her to bits but she's my exact opposite when it comes to gadgets so i don't expect the ipad to last long. i _do_ want it to last as long as possible so i need suggestions for a good, tough case for the ipad. our requirements are:

1.) waterproof (when closed) - she just stuffs everything inside a large bag. along with perfume, alcohol, and water bottles. very susceptible to accidental spills.

2.) covers front and back - to prevent scratches / cracks from other items inside the bag like keys, scissors, cutters, etc.

3.) can withstand substantial pressure - from heavy books, etc.

4.) hopefully doesn't cost more than Php3000.

5.) can be used as a stand

i hope i can get really good suggestions for a suitable ipad case. TIA!

Otterbox defender for new ipad, but it's not waterproof, not sure about the price.
