^i'm also in on the group buy but who's gonna initiate it, must be US-based right?
I tried to order adorama.com. They accepted local credit card. You can order 2 per person.
^thanks for the tip... shipping address has to be US-based?
Well, it looks like this tablet could see 20M units by Xmas if Asus can produce that many in time. There is certainly plenty of demand after all the reviews being spread around. This is certainly going to be a top gift by Xmas, unless Apple pre-empts them by shipping a 7.85 iPad Mini for $250 with 16GB Flash. That might just swing a lot of the potential buyers just because Apple's distribution channels are second to none in term of their availability.
I would still like to see Asus building a premier version of this 7-incher with all the bells and whistles for $399. Like with 8MP rear camera with LED flash, dual SDcard slots and quad speakers, with 3MP front camera, and 32GB Flash. Call it Asus Pad7 S.

Anyone who has bought/received an actual unit?
I'm having second thoughts due to the lack of HDMI/Video Out feature (I usually bring a cable so that I can watch videos from my iPhone/iPad to TV)
Nexus Q is too expensive to be an option and third party developers/manufacturers are taking too long to create a solution.
