It is so nice how apple says they will exchange your idevice to brand new if something gets wrong with it right?
This is the question, What would be the deciding factor for an apple reseller(phils) to exchange your device for a new one? Would it only be Company defects or User defects? or something else maybe?
Will they also accept devices bought from abroad or online purchases?
