US iTunes or PH iTunes Store?
Hi Guys,
Newbie question here..
Which do you prefer to use or which is more advisable, a US or a PH iTunes Store?
I am currently using US iTunes store with billing address in Phil..weird huh? I tried to switch it to PH iTunes store but it asked for my credit card which I don't want to provide just yet. Is there such option for PH store like US store where I can create an account w/out credit card.
I have no worries with using my c.c. in Ph itunes as long as there are no hidden charges or anything, what are your experiences so far?
Thanks guys!

Re: US iTunes or PH iTunes Store?
I personally like US iTunes better. Simply because there are a lot of applications that are not available for download in our region.
And to answer your question, yes it is possible to have a Phil account without a credit card. But I never experienced hidden charges whatsoever.
Check this forum out: iTunes US account
I know it says US iTunes account but if you read through it, procedures are more or less the same.

Re: US iTunes or PH iTunes Store?
US account since it allows downloading of movies, TV shows, songs, as well as books in the iBooks Store. The PH iTunes account will limit you to the App Store only, and the apps are not as complete as the US counterpart.

is the US iTunes store allowing you to download apps & music & NOT just podcasts? I'm wondering how your RP address was accepted by the US itunes store when it would have been clear that that would violate the terms of the US iTMS EULA.
