best internet plan for home use
hi guys! after 5 years of agonizingly slow internet speed, (we pay p999 and only get something like .32 kb/s download speed) we are finally convinced that we need a new internet provider / plan.
could you recommend what's a good internet plan for home use? we are really suffering here. =)
TIA!

You are most likely subscribed to the 384 kbps plan, hence the .32 kb/s download speed... Why don't you just upgrade your plan to 1 mbps, around P1,295/month, landline + internet combo.
That's what i did... Am getting a 110 kb/s or more download speed now.
Depends also sa internet traffic.

The 1 mbps plan is around 1600/mo. that's landline(600) + internet(1k) combo.

I'm on the 1,295(tax excluded) plan. 1mbps plus landline(globe) and I am very happy with the speed i'm getting.

Just get smart bro. I am currently on WiMax after 3 years of being on smart bro, and it really sucks. 60kbps is already fast, compared to Smart bro's 200kbps on the average. cheaper too @999 for 2mbps, compared to WiMax's 512kbps at the same 999/mo.
