Apple return policy??
while browsing on their websites I found out a section there that if your unsatisfied with their gadgets there is a return option there,
I just wanna know who is the proper authority to talk to there cause didnt see any contacts there...
Is that option available also in the philippines?
What if i apply for a return policy will they refund my hard earned money? (or even exchange for another device)
If you say why not go to an Apple reseller here, well I dont have the receipt and I dont know where specifically my idevice was bought here. I exploring options
If you know other options feel free to share!

Re: Apple return policy??
Apple has a great return policy in their retail stores. Someone once gave me an iPhone for Christmas, and I was able to return it very smoothly. I assume that if you buy online, you can also return it in an Apple retail store.
As for the Philippines, I am not sure. Return policies in the Philippines are very inconsistent, and I am not even certain you that can get cash back (if you paid cash).

Hindi eh, I just received it, lets say as a gift, And Quite sure it was not bought online, Do u think I have the chances for a unsatisfactory return via the online website? or Even here I hope.
If via online I hope there is someone I could talk to and not a dozen of computers though:slanted:

nope. by the way are they international call takers? or filipinos? (baka duguin ako hahaha. ) Is that a free toll?
But in your own opinion, would it be possible to return granted that I dont have a receipt and not pretty sure where it is bought here in metro manila?

Apple will require proof of purchase. And the Hotline number is for Philippines.
