Ok. I haven't actually switched yet to themacworld. But I have every bit of intention to do so when the new macbook air arrives. I have 2 questions to ask all of you.

1. Since I will be transitioning from a pc, what problems/incompatibilities that I should be aware of? (e.g. flash drive in ntfs will be read but no write function)
2. How should I deal with these situations when I encounter them?

Before you switch, try to reformat your external drives to exFAT so it can read/written by MacOS and WinXP SP3 up.

Buy a Mac with Parallels Desktop. That way you can install Windows and your favorite Windows programs, like MS Outlook, on a virtual machine and run it side by side Lion.

Macs cost almost the same as comparable WinMachines, so don't believe the so called "Apple Tax".
