i hope they can maximize it's use. they use the "fidelio" system. wonder if they have a "fidelio app" otherwise its a glorified journal for them, which can serve as a distraction (as obama said)

trust me, there's no fidelio app... i believe its just a glorified journal.. more of PR....

just read the article.. theyre using ipad for conceirge services nga pala.. thats for guest assistance, maps and etc.. finding restos etc.. so the safari browser is enough actually....

as for the guest check in and out, i think theyre still using the old system...

micros fidelio is one of the stiffest unflexible companies out there.. para silang microsoft.. bawat kilos $$

Yes. Fidelio app would be great. access will be handy while moving around. But good luck. Apple and Fidelio- closed systems! Ha!
