Otterbox Warranty in the Philippines

I want to avail the warranty of my otterbox commuter for iPhone 4s. The rubber now looks like a used and abused "eraser" with 4 months of use.

Does anyone know what is the warranty coverage for otterbox and can I claim the warranty from any otterbox kiosk in the mall provided I have the official receipt?

I bought my Otterbox Defender for the Ipad in HK. The plastic somehow cracked when I was disassembling it. What I did was to write them an email and they sent a replacement in about a week.

Local Customs slapped me with a 2k tax though

Hi! I currently have a Defender case for my 4S that I bought last March but parts of the case started to peel off as early as October (also partly because the charger port and the corners of the phone never fitted in properly). May I ask what is the email or the warranty procedure that I need to follow? Also, would there be a problem if I bought the case in HK and not here?

Based on my exp with my previous impact otterbox that I purchased locally, after few weeks lumuwang agad ung rubber. I just presented the receipt sa store mismo where I purchased it then they replaced it agad pero pag 2nd time daw sa otterbox main na daw mismo.

Receipt still is very important for warranty purposes

I had my broken 9900 commuter and newly bought ip5 commuter cases replaced via their customer support. They just need a picture of the broken product. After a week, 2 new cases arrived via fedex.

Nope, as long as their csr considers your claim. You dont have to pay for anything.

Never knew it can be replaced. I bought the commuter last year for my iphone4 same case medyo lumuluwang nga un rubber especially sa sides kaya hindi ko na masyado ginagamit nuon, i dont know whats wrong with rubberized cases they tend to loose arent they made to snug fit on our phones?
I admire pa naman Otterbox cases because they are the most sturdy and sleek protection for iphones next to Lifeproof..

It seems otterbox case it not that really reliable for long use. Sure thy can replace it but after the warranty your out of luck.
