sir adel if you don't mind, how do you activate it, in my iphone 4s under settings>personal hotspot, in my ipad there is no personal hotspot icon/tab???

You need to put in an APN. What internet service are you using. There are different APNs for each. For more info, check the Personal Hotspot/iPad threads.

Sir i'm using globe the apn is internet.globe.com.ph, i can use globes mobile internet, my problem is i cannot activate the personal hotspot function, the layout for the Settings for the iphone 4s and the new ipad 4g should be the same. There is icon for the personal hotspot.

In that case, I don't understand why it doesn't work. The APN for Globe WeRoam is "weroamplan", but that's for WeRoam only, I guess. Anyone here know alternative APNs?

I believe a friend of mine told me about an app on his iPhone for video chat in Facebook. Its called vSocial. You should look it up in the App Store.
