Hi all!
Just a question...and a serious one...we just finished an office event...my officemate who was manning the sounds booth used his Iphone 4S as music source via RCA baby jack plug...the RCA baby jack plug is c/o the hotel where we had our event...Problem is, after the event, when he unplugged the RCA baby jack plug, it accidentally snapped and half of it remained inside the socket while the other end was pulled out...the result - no audio out nor ringing/alert sound now in his iphone...Is this covered by applecare/iphone warranty? His phone is under warranty via Globe...Can we bring his handset to I-Fix or Power Mac Center - and will they honor the warranty? We're in Davao...
What can you suggest as a remedy? We tried a toothpick and a needle to pull it out BUT it is quite deep and it is tough to pull out...we may try some of those precision tools for cellphones...
HELP!
Thanks!
