So... anything guys?
Or should I jailbreak my iPhone and download those that I see in Yahoo and Google?

Re: SMS Blocker? iBlacklist is a jailbreak app. Hence talking about it isn't allowed here. To answer your question anyway, there is no way to block SMS without jailbreaking.
