    Default resetting Auto-Correction words

    Hi

Is there a way to reset the Auto-Correct words? Or even edit? It's because my iPhone has "learned" wrong words (ie, wrongly spelled words which were not originally included in its vocabulary, but are in there now because of typos I made in the past).

Or maybe even delete some words which are in its original "vocabulary". It gets pretty irritating when I try to type in Filipino (Kung, Ang, Si, ...) but I don't want to switch it off completely as it's still very useful.

I don't think you can at this point (officially).

I also have the same concern, but found out in time that it recognizes MOST of the tagalog words I frequently use and includes it automatically to the auto-correct dictionary.

Yeah. The trouble is when mistyped words are the ones that got stored in the dictionary Hm.. Will a reset restore the dictionary?

I think if you restore from a backup, it still includes the saved auto-correction words. But if you restore to factory or as a NEW phone, it might work. The problem here is that you would need to manually re-sync your old data. Not too much of a hassle.
