    Default ibooks not loading pdfs

i have ios4 on a 3gs and unfortunately i cant find my synced pdfs on my ibooks apps. All of the pdfs are tagged as 'books' and they take up space in my iphone, but they arent showing up.

Even the free winnie the poo app is defective (it just downloads and never ends, even if i have a fast and active internet connection)

    help?

Have you checked the two tabs at the top left corner of iBooks? Says Books and PDF, click on the proper button and you'll find your PDFs there.

theres no tab on ibooks that says books/pdf (which im aware there should be)

also, i tried emailing myself with a pdf, and then i tapped the option ''open with ibooks'' it would just load the ibooks app and from there it would do nothing.

    this is frustrating.

Those trying to load PDFs onto their iPhone/Touch, have you tried opening iTunes, File>Add to Library>Select and Add the PDF

Then make sure the PDF is checked. Synch iTunes with your device.

Once the sync is done, open up iBooks. There will then be the above described slider (Books|PDF). Tap PDF and then let it open.
