app won't finish downloading

I've been trying to download an app for the past few hours already, it started quite slow and now it seems downloading has stopped in the middle of the progress bar. Tried calling globe first CSR told me there was a problem with the internet connection, was'nt satisfied since I've been able to surf using my laptop and iphone with no problem. Called globe again and was told that there was actually no internet problem in the Paranaque area. (walang sablay talaga globe csr's). Was just told to wait for their tech support's call tom.

Is anybody else in Paranaque having problems downloading apps using their iphone? Or is it just me? tia

i also have a pesky app that won't download. actually it's just an upgrade. i tried downloading it via wifi. while i was downloading the wifi connection was cut so the download stopped. when the wifi connection was back, it wouldn't continue loading. this happened to me before and i just simply upgraded the app through itunes in my comp. and the apps just upgrade when i sync.

this time, the app was upgraded fine but i was left with a blank app icon with an empty download bar and "waiting..." under it. i couldn't delete it because it doesn't have that "x" mark when i rearrange the apps. so i just move it to the very last page. anybody have this same problem?

Try removing it using iTunes. I had a similar problem before and what I did was just remove it in iTunes and then sync to reinstall. You might lose data you have in the app though when you do this.
