Brother I have a hard time claiming my 20 bucks of Itunes.

I already activate the account and get already my APPLE ID and Itunes Password.

Then I proceed to Itunes store to Rent a movie but cant push through the transaction it say's could not be found or your password was incorrect.

Kindly assist me with this if it's ok with you.

Me, has a TuneCard problem as well. Was able to login and everything but instead of seeing the full value of the free credits, it's only $3.01! I sent an email to him directly and would suggest others do too so that he can improve the system.

Great stuff btw, love the card designs (Statue of Liberty with iPod and Bruce Lee with iPod are winners)! :)

Hey how did you do it? I have a hard time actually don't know how to claim it.

Do I have to create a US account?

I don't have any US credit card and address so if this is the requirements to redeem the amount the chance of claiming it will never be possible?

@skint - follow the instructions inside the card package of tunecard. once you got your itunes id and password, go to the apple itunes store in sign in using that username and password.

after successfuly signing in, you can change your itunes id and password in the preferences.

Yes you are correct...the username and password given to you by tunecard is the one that you will use in the itunes store log in.

Thanks qt_arvin for affriming what I've done. Buddy Joe of tunecard emailed me already asking for all the details of the card the activation code,Tune card ID and the given login name and password. He will attend this matter cause its a waste of money he paid it already full for all of the cards given to us at the meet up for complimentary. That's more or less 800 to 900 pesos equivalent if not been claim. Thanks for the replies bro.:)

For all those guys that got a free Tunecard, go ahead and activate it. We had some production problems with the activation module but thats sorted now.

Once activated, you can change the password but definietly not advise you to change the login ID. This leads to suspension of the account. shoot me an email if you have any quesions. tunecardreferral@gmail.com


Note, Only the ones I gave out at the PhilMug meeting are "free", the others will require payment ..hehe

Yes. Wil, the order form has the option to tailor make one to your own ID or buy an off-the-shelf pre-paid.

BTW some Muggers concerned about security about passing their login IDs and Pwds to us. You can change the pwd temparly to 123456 for the topup. We are careful to delete pwd emails after we use them only to topup the account. We have been doing this for several months and at sister site www.ituneshop.net, clients totally trust us to do this for over 12 months. you have to scour the internet. if youre active in Mac forums especially the international ones, you'll be informed about current iTunes promos on freebies. Starbucks, Pepsi, Shopfar and most recently, tunecore, were giving away free song codes in both iTunes US and the UK. I was able to open my accounts in both stores due to these song codes.

Guys just go to the tunecard site given in the page you can use your existing account that you have already that you already used.

Tune card biz site will load your account by paying through paypal be sure that you change only the password in your account.

There are menu's that will lead you there the process of the transactions.

Change your password in default example 12345 before you give it to tune card biz site then after the load was completed or the transactions completed log in to itunes to check if it was been loaded change again the password in your desired personal password.

I tried buying tunecards in your website but it would not work out. I have an existing US iTunes account but without any credit card tied to it, it was created using NONE for billing. I need to use this same account since it is the one tied to my iPhone apps. So here's the dead end I got from your site:

1. Chose Top Up since I already have an iTunes account, with the intention of paying through PAYPAL. Didn't work, since besides asking for my PAYPAL email add and account name, it asks for this "Promo Code for IPT member" (required) which I don't have. Dead End.

2. Chose Regular Order form, didn't work too since it only gives option of creating a new US iTunes account - but I already have a US iTunes account. Dead End.

I talked to joe (tunecard) a while ago and he said that we could report the bugs in his website to him, as he hasn't finetuned yet his programming.

Apparently, the Tunecard Top Up Store should not require the "Promo Code for IPT member", it should be optional, and that too is a bug.

I think you can have as many tunecard accounts since it was not made with your own profile each tunecard account has its own pre owened profiles based from US.

I think what you are pertaining 5 accounts was the 5 authorized computers were you can use your purchases from Itune's store.

I hope I'm right in my understanding cause I have 2 accounts from itune's which both are came from tunecard.biz given by JOE aka Tunecard.

Regarding about existing account that you have you can have credits loaded on that but you have to change your password temporarily assigned because whenever your going to purchase at tunecard.biz site you will give your password and username so that the credits will be loaded and pay with pay pal.

I don't have any idea if the given 10USD gift credits can be done at the same process.

that 5 already, i tried using my officemates itunes account and i was able to download her purchases into my mac but when i sync it to my iphone it gave me a warning that only 5 itunes account can be sync in 1 iphone.

Try PM Joe then talk about him about your concern if its possible to load your 10USD gift credits to your existing tunecard accounts.

He knows how to go around with this kind of technicalities but if it was possible to load the gift credits to your existing tunecard accounts.

The process will be giving one of your tunecards existing usermanes and passwords but don't forget to change your present password assigned a default password to 12345 then maybe you will be ask the recieved username and password that tunecardbiz.com emailed you recently.

You can choose to use the existing US account if you have one or the username and password that you have for the gift credits.

If I'm not mistaken it can be reload credits from tunecard.biz

Tunecard.biz can load that account there in their site Joe will direct you as soon he becomes available.

You only have to do is to change only the password in a temporary password cause this will be given to tunecar.biz and together with your username.

Then after the transaction was complete then change the password to your original password.

This was my understanding with the process correct me Joe if I'm wrong.

If you are going to read one of the post of a fellow mugger who has an existing US Itunes account wants to load for some credits.

Also hesitant to give and he ask Joe how to go over without giving username and password.

I think Joe if am not mistaken answered there is no other way but to give the usernames and change the password right after the transaction has been made.

Change your password again to your desired password.

Maybe, tunecard.biz could not load credits without any access to your personal profile which is prerequisite of itunes store to determine.

By reason, If your account was really a legitimate US itunes account then thats the only way itunes store give clearance so that your load can be redeem.

This are my assumptions hope when Joe will be free to check all of our posts then read all my statements.

He can clarify things and tell you specifically why it should be given or done in that way.

We have started to offer send codes option for those not comfortable to pass over itunes details. Check out the topup page. Codes are problamatic as they expire soon, if u dont redeeem and it expires, you think im selling u dude codes !

Look out for the new iTuneshop.net site, alot of the order processing will be automated. Freeing my time up to answer enquiries and do more marketing !

I'm experiencing the same problem. Tried writing Itunes Store support but still not resolved.

Folks, it seems joe has been busy as of late. His last activity was December 19. I suggest you email him directly if you have any questions that need immediate action. I believe his email address is somewhere in this thread and/or in the tunecard website.

I've had the same thing happen to me when I bought an iTunes card off eBay at a bargain price. It's either:

1) The iTunes card was bought with a stolen credit card. The owner of card disputed the charges and then iTunes tracks down the account that used the card and freezes it.

2) One way eBay sellers can sell cheap iTunes cards is to dispute their own purchases, and then sell the codes fro cheap. When the buyer uses it, iTunes freezes the account since the credit card company informs Apple of the dispute.

Moral of the story - if it's too cheap, then there's probably something wrong with it. . .

there's been no activity at the tunecard site...i wonder what happened or what is going on and will they be up once again...

i have been buying gift cards from joe. unfortunately, he sent me recently a fraudulent gift card & itunes disabled my account. i have tons of iphone apps that i cant update now bec of what happened. still hoping itunes would be considerate enough to activate my itunes account. sayang lang coz tunecard.biz hasnt been that helpful. he just sent an email that he is returning my $50 & that he cant do anything if itunes disabled my account.

that is distressing...there's no problem if you can't use a gift card, but to lose your account because of it...that is totally distressing...

I changed the details as soon as my account was activated, though it's still listed as a US account. I was hoping there was a way for us to get non-app downloads in the local store already. I'll just get my media fix from brick-and-mortars , it's just a hassle to convert the discs which is why I would have preferred itunes.
