Ben & Jerry's to give away 50,000 iTunes downloads
April 20 - 18:23 EDT** As part of its annual "Free Cone Day" promotion, Ben & Jerry's is giving away 50,000 free iTunes Music Store downloads. Visitors to Ben & Jerry's Scoop Shops across the country and around the world can enjoy a free cup or cone of their favorite flavor on Tuesday, April 27, from noon to 8:00 p.m. Through a partnership with Rock the Vote, adults can register to vote while they are there. The first 50,000 entrants to take an online "Oath to Vote" will receive a special code entitling them to a free song download from the iTunes Music Store. Entrants can also register for a chance to win a sweepstakes with the Grand Prize of an iPod, iMac and a trip to Vermont to spend a day as an honorary Ben & Jerry's Flavor Guru to create a batch of their own personal flavor.

Adel, i couldn't agree more! i just indulged in a Ben & Jerry's Mint Cookie flavor! yum! yum! :D

I was hoping that they'd put iTunes codes at the inside bottom part of the pint that we can locally buy here and enjoy our Ben and Jerry's and enjoy a free tune as well.

I just realized before Holy Week that Rustan's supermarket actually has a pretty good variety of Ben and Jerry's ice cream. :D They're all pint though and pretty pricey but the occassional treat won't hurt I guess. :lol:

Not too bad. A pint in the US will set you back at around $4.99 to $5.50. But I usually wait for Wal-Mart to put it on sale at 2 for $6 and that's when we stock up on it:D

I really like the ones that combine 2 flavors in one pint.....:P

i got a pint yesterday, and paid Php 285 for it.:drunk: rustan's supermarket at greenbelt 1.

So I guess that adjusts a mouthful to P14.25 worth :2cents:
