thank you for the recommendations. I will try the cheapest solution first. So that would likely be the banana.

Would that be yellow or green ?

iCleaner is available at PowerMac Trinoma too. It removes mild to deep scratches of macbooks and iPods (even on the back side of the ipod without damaging the laser inscriptions).

displex works only for acrylic parts, for metal part you can try metal polish. GLO (imported) works great,

i highly recommend against applesauce polish, which i bought in digital walker for almost two grand. it did NOTHING for my ipod video, and i performed the instructions to the letter.

it does smell nice though, i will give it that much...

unfortunately if your ipod/touch/phone is scratched on its casing, there's not much you can do about it...but for the screen, just put in a crystal clear screen protector and you'll hardly notice the scratches anymore. did that to my 5th gen ipod and the screen looks flawless..just like new!!!
hope this helps

Has anyone here seen the scratch remover for eyeglasses on TV? I forgot what channel that was but based on the ads, it looks promising. :D Maybe you can use it for the back part of the iPods!

*Update*

I found the link on YouTube! Its called Liquid Lense! This is available locally through the home tv shopping channels. Check it out!

I was actually thinking of ordering online and have it shipped in the US since my father is there as of the moment.

If the ones sold locally can match the price of Radtech, maybe I could just buy it here.

I bought the RadTech Ice Creme. Though it didn't remove every scratch in my iPod, at least it made the small scratches disappear-deep scratches unnoticeable in some angles. :)

it is also my belief that technically, scratches on anything cannot be removed. what these substances do is mask and fill in the scratches, giving you the feeling that its removed.

How about buffing it in a 10 micron sandpaper? Of course the scratches will disappear and you will have a matte finish front and back. Peace!!:)
