View Full Version : Microwarehouse Mac mini G4 sale
elbert 08-15-2006, 10:03 AM Microwarehouse still has some Mac mini G4's in stock, so they're disposing them at attractively low prices. Check your suking tindahan for details.
EDIT: it's available at Microwarehouse, not at your suking tindahan.
hannibal 08-15-2006, 10:12 AM attractive indeed. and isn't it true that the 1.42GHz variant actually runs up to 1.5GHz?
CooLes 08-15-2006, 10:23 AM This is great. Already informed family and friends :)
elbert 08-15-2006, 10:45 AM Correction. Do not go to your suking tindahan.
Please contact Joey Alvarez at Microwarehouse (Tel. 637-0474). First come, first served. Limited stocks available (20 entry, 10 mid, 8 top end units as of this posting).
DON2003 08-15-2006, 11:25 AM isn't the MSI-Digiland sale more attractive than this?
1.2ghz mini is at 20T only w/ free kb & mouse + Tiger upgrade kit
1.33ghz mini is at 25T only
and its about half year ago, G4 mini's are older by now,
correct if I am wrong

I think you need to reword your post and place it at past tense. Here, let me correct it for ypu.

Allow me to differentiate MSI's clearance sale from this one.
MSI was liquidating all of its Apple inventory (a result of losing their Apple distributorship). Most of those were demo units and returns (iow, not brand new).
Microwarehouse is simply flushing out aged inventory (albeit EOL's that are still supported by Apple). These are brand new units with one year warranty, eligible for ACPP (extended warranty).
If you find MSI's prices to be more attractive, you can always go to them instead. Good luck though, since, as you said, that was half a year ago and their stocks were sold out quickly.
Hope this clarifies.
elbert 08-15-2006, 11:58 AM here's an update.
If you wish to purchase, take note that the actual stocks are in their offsite warehouse. If you order today, you'll be able to pick it up tomorrow.
Also, there's no limit as to how many one person can purchase.
mistermoya 08-15-2006, 12:02 PM Which version of iLife is included? :)
elbert 08-15-2006, 04:53 PM Good question. I just checked with Joey Alvarez. These units come with iLife '05 and since the iLife up-to-date program is no longer in effect, you'll need to purchase iLife '06 at retail.
Veegee 08-15-2006, 04:59 PM this sounds great.. perfect time to introduce my co-director to the mac :)
