WatchOS 3.1.3 fixed my battery drain issue.
Nope, battery drain was still there.
It was actually all the 3rd party watch apps i'm using hogging the battery (Twitter, Viber, Messenger, Runeblade).
Background App Refresh is off.
Re-paired the watch.
I find it odd, prior to WatchOS 3.1.1 I have no battery issues at all.
Background App Refresh is even turned on.
Uninstalled all the apps and my battery is back to normal. Will just have to wait for future update of these apps or WatchOS itself.
At 92% Battery.
watchOS 3.2 Release Notes
This release introduces the ability to use Siri with apps and Theater Mode to keep the screen dark until you tap it. This release also includes additional improvements and bug fixes.
Siri now works with apps from the App Store to start workouts, send messages, make payments, book rides, and more.
Theater Mode setting turns on silent mode and keeps the screen dark until you tap it, even when you raise your wrist.
Scribble is now available in French, Spanish, and Italian.
Music playlist sync progress is now displayed in the Apple Watch app on iPhone.

watchOS 3.2.2 is now Available.
Battery life on my 1G Apple Watch seems to have improved after updating to watchOS 3.2.2. It has already been 4 hours since I took it off the charger and it's still at 100%
3.2.2 fixed my battery drain issue from the previous version.
