    ^We only had luck to deal with 20-30 years ago, now they even have an app for that...

    Unless the app has the Beda Red Notes updated or every trust worthy law book in it, I'll stick to what I've used in law school if I weren't already a lawyer.

    Good try though. I'd look for a tax memo / ruling app more sorted by tax liability / entity
