Of they could've used a 2015 model iPod Classic.
You know, the one that won't be there anymore.

Classic. Still Here. Alive and Kicking!
IPod Classic 160GB Black, gen 6, with Belkin silicone cover, still making beautiful music.
Bought this my only IPod for the car at first. Then for sometime it lay around gathering dust because I had other musical 'toys.'
Now it takes pride of place in my living room setup.
OT: where can I buy a silicone or leather cover for the iPod Classic, I got mine over a year ago and it's still naked..
i own a 20GB ipod classic photo version
anyone tried changing the battery?
I'd like to help you but in my case, (pun intended) I bought the Belkin cover around the same year I bought the iPod Classic. I'm not sure accessory stores still have this kind of case, so just keep asking around. A store might have a new old stock for you.
I am speechless here at the moment. Very nice.
Mmm.....wow, that serious-looking tube amplifier makes my Woo Audio WA7 look positively plebian lol! Now, my iPod Classic is turning green with envy. Great set-up!!! Admire.
I want to get Beyond That "Box."
Hehe, thanks very much bro!
Tim Cook says Apple killed the iPod classic because it couldn't get the parts | The Verge
My gateway to Apple is the iPod Mini 4GB which was a gift from my old man. It's my simple yet cool entertainment during college. And it made me use the iTunes as the library of all my music ever since. Then I went to the iPod Classic 80GB as a present to myself when I started working since 4GB just won't fit my growing music collection. Eventually I ventured into being an audio enthusiast and got myself an AKG K550 monitor headphones along with an iPod 5.5 (a.k.a. iPod Video) because of its Wolfson DAC which provides one of the best sound of all the iPod lineup.
Not the Classic but definitely deserves my tribute.
Listening now to some throwback music through this classic music player.
I still use my 120GB iPod classic which I got in 2008, I don't put much music in my iPhone 'coz I don't like being interrupted by calls or text messages when I'm intently listening to my Operas.
Not my first apple product though. My first is the 512mb iPod shuffle 1st gen.
How much did you get this from BTB? Thinking of looking back to basics since touch nowadays are just overrated. [emoji4]
Planning to get one too. Yung latest model is capable to play video, right?
Can play video yes, and slimmer. [emoji4] I was buying na from BTB but phased out na daw. Ohhh well. You know any store where to buy? TIA [emoji4]
