First dent... Is there a possible way to fix this? Hehe
I want to ask - can you control Spotify through your Apple Watch? Not asking for an app or offline playlist but more like the basic controls of next, etc and see the artists?
^Yes you can.
Its a battle scar! live with it haha
Ouch. This is why I prefer Stainless Steel.
Yes you can.

guys im looking for rose red sport band 42mm ... san ba meron wide spread ng official apple watch bands? thanks
Try your local Apple reseller? As an alternative, look at Lazada. I've bought many Apple Watch bands there and quite happy with them.
Any word if we'll have the watch trade in locally? I really am interested to get a subsidized Series 3
In my opinion most likely not a service center... based on personal knowledge aside from Macs' they don't repair mobile devices only replace them. What only is being done here is just diagnostics and they ship it out to Apple SG (warranty claims). Also if there are no watch parts in ifixit baka wala talagang serviceable parts ang AW
Maybe in Greenhills or somewhere equivalent where they gut out defective units for parts. Yun lang frankenstein AW na yan.
guys ung apple care ba valid sa pinas? currently SG based ako... i bought applecare for my watch... pero kasi im relocating sa pinas soon... valid pa kaya un? i honor kaya sa pinas?
Got my apple watch series 3 (Nike edition) here in Japan for 39800 Yen (Tax Free). Cheaper than Philippines because its tax free.
Question though, is it true that in case i need to claim its warranty, it wont be honored in the Philippines?
As far as I know, all Apple devices come with international warranty, so long as these were purchased through an authorized reseller
@GelOBrrz Not all Apple devices come with international warranty like the iPhone.
Sorry 'bout that. According to Apple's website, Apple's Warranty on their products are international but 'Apple may restrict warranty service for hardware products to the country where Apple or its Authorized Distributors originally sold the device.' So it is a qualified yes haha
Thanks for the input. Would you know if iwatch shares the same fate with iphone?
My AW series 1 had stopped sending notifications after updating my iPhone X to 11.3.1. I could no longer control Spotify.
It forced me to update to Watch OS 4.3. There were warnings on the Net that the update would take forever and, sure enough, it was still updating after I left it overnight.
I canceled and set it up as a new watch. That went quickly, and I didn’t lose any data. Everything works, Messenger, Spotify included.
4.3.1 should fix that when it comes out. Honestly, If you have a Series 1, it should work well on 4.3.1. My S0 is still fighting on. Just place it near a wifi router since the antennas are not as robust as our iPhone/iPads
I said I’d never get an Apple Watch. That it’s too redundant with my phone and it’s just a novelty item that I’d never be interested in. Alas, I impulsively bought one when I saw a very good price at Walmart during a recent trip haha... stupid me.
I’m loving it, especially the expanded smart watch capabilities coming from a Fitbit Charge 2.
However, I haven’t been able to make Messenger work flawlessly. I mean it works coming off a notification (I can see the message and reply) BUT I cannot open messenger directly from the watch (endless spinning animation). I tried almost all suggested fixes on the net to no avail. Seems like a common problem and it’s a quite disappointing tbh. Any suggestions?
