anybody using or have used both the x-pro2 and x-t2?
i am thinking of switching from the x-t2 to the x-pro2 since the upcoming firmware 4.00 will almost make the x-pro2 at par with the x-t2.
but i am concerned that the hybrid evf and its eye point of 18mm will be a let down compared to the x-t2's large magnification and 23mm eyepoint..
hope you guys can share your thoughts. thanks!
I own both
Objectively the XT2 is the better all around camera. Better super large and clear EVF, tilt screen, SLR form balances out for all types of lenses big or small. The only reason you should go for the Xpro2 is the rangefinder design and the unique OVF. However, I use the Xpro2 a bit more just because I find using the OVF quite fun.
thanks for the input!
hi ryan, would you know if the latest firmware of the x-pro2 can set a function button to 'af-on', just like in the x-t2?

Anyone owning a 50-140? I am eyeing this as my first zoom (been using primes) and how does it fare so far in your photographic needs? I don't really make money out of photography, I just love doing it but seems like reach is missing in my lens line-up
new firmware updates for the x-t2 (ver 3.00) and x-t20 (ver 1.10):
