System Failure on PowerBook G4

    Hi Mac Gurus...

    i hope this is the correct thread to post this in...

    i recently found an old PowerBook G4 in my in-laws cabinet and I thought of firing it up. booted up fine, but they couldnt remember the password already, so I just stuck the Tiger install disks in and did a fresh install

    all's well, or so i thought, but as I was trying to fiddle around with the settings, I got this:


    so the question is, am I right to assume this is a Hardware issue since I just reformatted the system? anyone who has experience on this? is it RAM or HDD?

    also, can i install leopard on this powerbook G4? thanks
