LOL! I also noticed that majority of the members here are with globe but the idea of "pangmayaman ang globe" never crossed my mind. I have a line with globe but i'll be switching since i don't like their new plans anymore.
Well, for a while, Globe exclusively carried the iPhone so I guess most people would rather recontract. But I am switching too because I am fed up.
Haha. Yeah, me too. The moment Smart offered iPhone, I switched immediately. My experience with Globe on billing was a disaster (e.g. data overcharging, mischarging, double charging of addons, reversal of charges took 100 years). Well, those days are gone. Although i still have problems with Smart but i'm quite satisfied overall.
I feel you, folks — switching to Smart seems the best and right now, the ONLY solution to Globe-grief. I, too, have gone through my share of erroneous billing, monthly calls to reverse the 'mixed bundle' charges this or that, impermanent resolution to one's billing problems, and so on. But I stuck (and continue to stick) with Globe believing the other side isn't any better. With some effort, my problems with Globe have largely disappeared, though I'm not fooling myself to think they won't occur anew. I'm subscribed to both Globe and Smart, actually, and I can speak with familiarity and first-hand knowledge when I say that their problems are similar. When Leo Castillo learned I use both telcos, he said I was bisexual, haha!
I hope someone makes a comparison table for iPhone 6 for the 2 telcos data plan when it becomes available
