Stock Android, fast updates, competitive pricing and locally available. What's not to like about the return of Nokia from the clutches of Microsoft? The rumored phone from them is the sub budget Nokia 2 with a 4000mAh battery. It's said to be priced btween the Nokia 3310 feature phone and Nokia 3 smartphone. Here's hoping to near P2,500 price point. Should make for a great phone to assign to the household staff.

Speaking of the 3310 3G I was able to play with it on NYE. It was purchased for P2,790 at the equivalent to $50 + 12% VAT. Again, hoping for similar pricing for the Nokia 1 or Nokia 2 with Android Go for the household staff.
Bought a 3310 a few weeks back just as a souvenir, a memorabilia as it’s practically useless here in Singapore because it’s just 3G.
Nokia 3310 4G may be more relevant to you. Like a lot of people I was hoping for an exact replica of the 2000 Nokia 3310 running on the same user interface and physical design for cellular voice calls and SMS. No colored or large screen, no camera, no bluetooth or cellular data. Difference being it having power efficient hardware and larger capacity battery. Imagine stand by times measured in months and talk times measured in weeks.
You should be able to use it... Singapore only phased out 2G... There's s shop near my office selling 3G 3310's
