Microsoft recently released Visual Studio for Mac: https://www.visualstudio.com/vs/visual-studio-mac/

It’s available in 3 versions: Community, Professional and Enterprise.

Note that Visual Studio Community for Mac is FREE, and you can use it freely for commercial purposes (as long as you’re not an enterprise, i.e. you have <250 PCs or <$1 Million US Dollars in annual revenue). Although free, Microsoft claims that Visual Studio Community for Mac is a "full-featured and free IDE for creating modern applications for Android, iOS, macOS, as well as web applications and cloud services." Details here: https://www.visualstudio.com/vs/community/
