Moral of the story: There are no rules until there are rules.

Ok since there are none at the moment do we have the remotest idea what to do this Monday when EDSA madness opens?

    I remember
I remember years ago on a TV show when traffic enforcers were asked what are even and odd numbers and they didn't know which was which!

    ^That's a good one.

Personally, I feel that 4 is a very odd number. Especially as there are so many ways to write it.

Once a Korean friend of mine said " Manila is very hard to understand?"
    "Why ? "I ask
"Seoul we are 10 million people but we have only one Mayor , But here you cross the street another mayor and then you cross other street another mayor "

Guess who has better traffic :)

Staying in the Metro during the Holy Week. Looking forward to this once a year occurrence of driving in an almost empty (hopefully) Edsa & other streets.

What's so bad about sitting for hours in Holy Week traffic? Atone for your sins! :)

Give that counter-flowing jerk your rosary-wrapped middle finger. :D

Sans everyone I know who are leaving the Metro (for good, I hope), am expecting a 120kph ride through EDSA tomorrow from Monumento to Pasay...I would like to beat my record last year of 17 minutes 48 seconds...

I just hope the MRT won't snag somewhere along the way...:)

Reminds me of 2003 when I was doing field work in Batangas City during Holy week. I missed my family so much that I drove back to QC on good Friday. Made it in an hour and 20 minutes with one CR stop, and that was when the Star Tollway only reached Lipa. Drove back on Saturday afternoon in the same time.

Traffic will greatly improve once the NLEX-SLEX connector road is completed.
