Ah yes, there is at least one thing that (Apple) Maps gets right but Google Maps gets wrong: the name of our street.
I have always used google maps (US based). It looks like a more no non-sense app. I never liked the game-ified interface of waze.
Still using google maps, not that accurate on some areas even in Makati but still close to the actual location.
Google Maps on assignments (looking for the place to go to), Waze for gaming err driving to that place.
